the service

invoiceflo (“we”, “us”, and on friendlier days “flo”) reads invoice-like email from inboxes you connect, extracts the details, and files them into your accounting software — automatically when confident, with your approval when not.

your part

• connect only inboxes and accounting organisations you're authorised to use.
• keep your login secure — actions taken from your account are yours.
• review what flo asks you to review. she flags what she's unsure about, and approving it is your call.
• don't use the service to break the law or other people's systems.

our part

• run the service with reasonable skill, care and uptime.
• treat your data as described in the privacy policy — no selling, no ads.
• tell you clearly about price or terms changes before they apply to you.

the honest limits

flo is careful, but she is software reading messy documents from the real world. we don't guarantee every extraction is perfect, and filed records should be reviewed the way you'd review any bookkeeper's work. invoiceflo isn't accounting, tax or legal advice, and our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

billing

paid plans bill monthly and start with a free 14-day trial. cancel any time — you'll keep access until the end of the paid period, and everything flo filed stays in your accounting software, because it was always yours.

ending things

you can close your account whenever you like. we can suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk — we'll tell you why unless the law says we can't.
